One must never stop learning. I’m sitting on a plane on my way to Santiago and taking lessons from notes I have complied from the last 12 months. It has been some of the most enjoyable of my coaching journey, some of the most rewarding wins, some of the most heartbreaking losses and at the end of the day some of the best learning moments.
Someone I know got sacked last week from his dream job in another sport. The reason? Well… not winning was one of them, but from the outside looking in, they didn’t learn from their mistakes.
