Multiple phases? We need to create and market a hockey model which inspires

Beeston women’s coach James Sordillo has joined THP’s stable of columnists and first dissects England Hockey’s current Premier Division structure and status

As we are now hitting the off season and a period of rest it is a good opportunity to look back at the season just gone and the changes to the Premier Division.

Firstly, it is important to know that this is entirely my own opinion and not that of the players or the club! This is my personal experience and thoughts on the changes.

I will happily admit that I was not a fan when it was introduced, but my two my concerns have not eased, however I do see potential.

  1. This article touched some interesting areas but I see no specific suggestions /solutions. There are some high level generic seeds of ideas but that’s also partly the criticism it levels Mmmm. ????
