In Mary Booth, Epsom Hockey Club have not only acquired a coach of the highest calibre, but also a director of hockey with a wealth of knowledge of the game, and experience to boot.
Booth’s spell as coach of East Grinstead Women’s 1s saw her take the reigning Premier Division champions from the South Club’s Division 3B all the way to the top.
“It took us five years to go from nowhere to the Premier League, so that was great,” she tells The Hockey Paper.

Mary has left a legacy of ladies success at East Grinstead both at outdoor and indoor. She will be a hard act to follow at the Club. We wish her every success at Epsom.
