I get asked the question a lot but I don’t think about the shoot-out a lot. I remember straight after the final that night wondering how I wasn’t nervous, but that’s because we had done so much preparation beforehand.
In Rio it was about the 31, now we have had 26+ athletes in the Tokyo cycle.
Life has changed in some respects for me since Rio, but I was back at my part-time day job.
