Double GB Olympian James Tindall is rubbing shoulders with former England cricket greats over the next two weeks.

Tindall, who still plays for Old Georgians in the men’s Premier Division, is the only non-cricketer in the England legends XI playing in the Road Safety World Series in India.

Kevin Pietersen is the captain, with the likes of Matthew Hoggard, Owais Shah, Monty Panesar and Nick Crompton also on show.

The first edition of the T20 series was called off after four games last March due to the COVID outbreak.

England will play against India, Bangladesh, West Indies, South Africa and Sri Lanka.

England Legends: Kevin Pietersen, Owais Shah, Philip Mustard, Monty Panesar, Nick Crompton, Kabir Al,; Sajid Mahmood, James Tredwell, Chris Schofield, Jonathan Trott, Ryan Sidebottom, Usman Afzaal, Matthew Hoggard, James Tindall.
