Australia’s 5-0 win over England ensures them of a semi-final place in the 2014 men’s hockey World Cup. Netherlands women are also through after overcoming Australia’s Hockeyroos 2-0.

Elsewhere India secured their first win in the Hague, 3-2 over Malaysia, while Belgium showed no ill effects from Thursday’s 3-1 defeat to Australia as they strode past Spain 5-2.

Sunday’s big games include USA playing Germany at 2.30pm (local). If the Eagles win that they are in the semi-finals.
