Amsterdam — Lily Owsley, who netted a goal in her 100th international match against New Zealand, says China will feel the effects of England’s anger at losing 3-1 to the Black Sticks.
England were left bereft of answers after dominating their second Pool B match for long periods, as New Zealand made sure of a cross-over match and David Ralph’s side needing a win over China on Thursday to keep their hopes alive.
“It was so frustrating,” Owsley told The Hockey Paper ahead of Thursday’s clash.
