So – what actions are the National Governing Bodies (NGB’s) in the UK taking in respect of the predatory threat of 3G surfaces – or have they already given up?
In England and with the clubs permissions could not the GMS system (which holds the record of every player) be utilized to petition central government to get local planners banned from actioning ‘Change Of Use’ where hockey pitches are to be replaced by 3G?
Why not try to trace & seek views from those hockey players that work in Planning departments?
To do nothing is really not an option.
