What is the measure of success for the new talent strategy plan?

There are some bold ambitions from both a performance outcome perspective that the [England Hockey] board is keen for us to deliver on, alongside a healthy, vibrant talent pathway.

We have an aspiration to be more consistently successful than we have. The Tokyo medal was the only world-level medal in the Olympic cycle.
