There have been an abundance of goals, less so in PC conversion rate at the ongoing men’s Hockey World Cup. Here are the stats at the end of the Pool stage

After the 24 pool stage matches, only 43 of the 239 penalty corners were converted at a rate of 17.99%. At the same stage in 2018, the rate was 23.9%, when 40 of 167 resulted in goals. (Hindustan Times)
