Readiness in the circle

There are a few things I’ve learned and one of them is readiness in the circle. If you’re nice, low and balanced you can react to anything.

The amount of times people just throw the ball into the circle, if that defender traps it, 90 per cent of the time the ball will not be glued to their stick. It’s about whether you can then react off it and get something in on goal.
