    Hi everyone!!! I recently ordered a new camera, and was really looking forward to receiving it. But when the package finally arrived, I had my doubts: the camera didn’t look like the picture and it didn’t work as it should. I was disappointed, but decided not to panic. I contacted the company via their online chat and explained the situation. After sending photos and a video with proof of the problem, I was offered to return the product and receive a full refund. It is important to remember that in situations like this, the most important thing is to stay calm, have proof and resolve your consumer issue with confidence, patience and with clear arguments.
