How to take care of your health?

    Hello everyone! I recently started thinking about how health affects professional players. After all, many sit at the computer for 10-12 hours a day, and it would seem, what could be wrong with that? But I began to notice that it’s not just sitting at the keys. There are problems with posture, vision, even with the psycho-emotional state. I talked to my gaming friends, and it turned out that this is a really big problem. But no one explained how to deal with it. Maybe some of you have already tried to include physical training in your routine, or somehow take care of your body and psyche? I wonder what methods really help. I heard that some players started working with personal trainers. Is this normal for eSports players?

    The topic is really important. I myself noticed how long hours at the computer began to affect my condition – posture, vision, and even psycho-emotional state are not up to par. I started taking short breaks, stretching and running outside a little. I heard that many gamers and e-sports players started working with personal trainers to improve their physical fitness and reduce stress. It really helps, and I think that for professional players this can be a great solution.
