How to get back to healthy sleep?

    Good night, I would like to share my experiences with you and maybe get some advice. Recently, I have been having serious problems with sleep. I have stopped sleeping normally, and this has a negative impact on my mood and general well-being. I feel nervous and tired all the time. I have already tried different methods, but nothing helps. Maybe some of you have a similar experience and know how to fix it?

    I used to have similar problems with sleep and anxiety myself. It was a good solution for me to restore a normal sleep rhythm and reduce my anxiety level.It might be useful for you too if you feel that other methods do not work. It’s important that you find what works for you and find your own way to feeling better.
