I’ve been working on a project idea for months, and now it’s finally time to bring it to life. The thing is, I want it to be solid from the start because I’m aiming for something long-term, not just a quick launch. A friend suggested hiring Java developers, saying it’s one of the most reliable options for building scalable apps. But honestly, I have no clue where to even start. Should I be looking for freelancers, agencies, or building an in-house team? Also, what should I pay attention to when assessing their skills? Would love to hear from someone who’s been through this before!

Choosing Java developers for a long-term project is a really important step! I would recommend paying attention not only to technical skills, but also to the ability to work in a team and long-term motivation. Knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries is, of course, important, but it is also worth checking how candidates cope with real tasks and whether they can adapt to changes in the project.
