I have a question: has anyone used growth hormone to recover from training? I just recently started to work out actively and, frankly, sometimes I feel that my muscles take too long to recover. One friend recommended trying growth hormone, said that it helps to recover faster after intense exercise. But I still doubt that it is too strong? He mentioned that he tried it himself after he got a serious strain at a competition, and according to him, he was able to return to training in a couple of weeks, although before this condition would last for months. Does anyone have a similar experience? I would like to hear real feedback, not just theory.
