Growth hormone and aging

    Growth hormone is often seen as a way to slow aging. Its levels decline with age, which can be associated with loss of muscle mass, decreased bone density and skin deterioration. However, the use of growth hormone for “rejuvenation” remains controversial: studies show that it can indeed improve metabolism and help with tissue repair, but there is a risk of side effects such as tumor growth or metabolic disorders. In your opinion, is it worth the risk for the sake of slowing down aging?
