    I had a flight delayed last month, which was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of clear communication about the delay and compensation options. It makes me question whether the airline is truly prepared to handle such situations efficiently. Is it common for airlines to have these kinds of problems, or am I just unlucky? And how should passengers ideally be treated when issues like this arise?
