Hi, I’ve been managing chronic back pain with Co-Codamol for a while, and it helps, but I’m concerned about long-term use. I’ve heard about potential risks like dependency and liver/kidney issues. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice on managing pain without relying too much on painkillers? Thanks!
