Hello everyone! I decided to share my thoughts on nutrition and calorie control. I have long noticed how important it is to monitor what and how much you eat. At first I thought that it was enough to simply follow the regime, but now I understand that for stable results you need to take into account calories. After I started doing this, I noticed improvements in my well-being and energy. Previously, I did not attach any importance to this, but now everything has changed.
