Subscription orders and publication

If you have any queries relating to your order, please notify our customer service at newsdesk@thehockeypaper.co.uk, with ‘subscription’ in the title field and will look into the matter.

We aim to publish every two weeks during the season, but during down times we may be less frequent. Subscribers will still receive the copies they purchased for.

Can I buy copies without a subscription?

Unfortunately not. We used to be in newsagents and other stockists, but we are now a subscription-only product.

Other ways to buy The Hockey Paper

The Hockey Paper is available to UK readers. In the coming weeks, we will be offering Ireland/EU subs, plus Overseas subscriptions. We will also be launching our digital version. Stay tuned!

How do I renew my subscription?

If you pay by credit card, or via PayPal, you will receive notification to renew your subscription with enough time so that you don’t miss any issues of The Hockey Paper.

Cancelling my subscription

You may cancel your subscription package at any time up to 14 days after you receive the first edition (the ‘Cooling Off Period’) by notifying us via email. Please note, that after the Cooling Off Period has ended, you won’t be entitled to any refund in whole or part for any un-delivered part of the subscription.

Once we have received notice from you within the Cooling Off Period, we will provide a refund to you of the price paid for the tiered membership product.

Changing your subscription package

For now, you won’t be able to change your subscription package until the renewal period is over. If you would like to change your address or the subscription is a gift, please notify us at newsdesk@thehockeypaper.co.uk
