  1. I feel over the last 30 years or so rules have changed or been interpreted to make hockey faster, more exciting and to make it more appealing to watch. The safety has been put further and further to the side.

    I am all for progression, and want to see exciting hockey, but at the same time, I do not want to see hockey being played with out field players having to wear so much protective gear, it will more resemble hurling or ice hockey.
