We need to be better at EuroHockey and World Cups, says Ralph

David Ralph says England Hockey needs to look at how it performs consistently better in the European Championships and World Cups after his women’s side battled relegation from the FIH Pro League which would have seen them face playing sides outside the world’s top 10.

England have been basement contenders from the outset of this year’s global league, while relegation would have been a disaster in terms of regular contests against the world’s best as well as Ralph’s own hopes of leading the side towards the LA Olympics.
