Clubs vote in favour of England Hockey membership changes

England Hockey’s AGM saw the highest attendance since the national governing body’s formation as clubs green lighted the membership proposals despite voting resistance.

On Tuesday, 315 clubs voted on the new membership proposals which is set to result in an average fee increase of around £9 per player per year. However, the outcome of the membership fee hike was delayed until Thursday.
