Matchday Diaries: Behind the scenes at Canterbury Hockey Club

The Hockey Paper heads to Canterbury HC in the second episode of our Matchday Diaries series.

We joined the Kent club on President’s Day at Polo Farm Sports Club, which has three astros and is a vibrant community hub.

On a vibrant day at one of English hockey’s top clubs, our presenter Emily Kilner went behind the scenes, in the club house and changing rooms ahead of match day and hears why the club is such a hub for junior hockey.

Hosted by Emily Kilner, The Hockey Paper speaks to club officials, fans, coaches, managers and players – and of course get a flavour of the traditional match teas.
