Masters Talk: my childhood mates have all been gearing up for ‘old girls hockey’

It seems that Reita Holmes has been a fixture in Australian Capital Territory (ACT) women’s masters teams for the last decade, writes Mark McElligott

Hailing from the New South Wales town of Orange, also hometown to recently retired Hockeyroo Edwina Bone, Holmes has played more than 40 women’s Masters matches for the ACT at outdoor national championships.
