Nutrition struggles: away days and travelling for hockey

I’ve had many conversations with my hockey-playing clients, from juniors to Masters, who say that nutrition for travel would be an invaluable addition to their body knowledge.

Travel is often inevitable for most athletes. A long-distance travel can negatively affect your nutritional status, performance, energy levels, and psychological status. It is important to focus on setting a solid nutrition routine when travelling for training or competition.
