Hockey mindset: What actions are your team going to take to build robust self-belief?

I’ve had the privilege to work alongside numerous professional athletes and their coaches within sport. The consistent area that comes up time and again is the desire to develop self-belief. There is an understanding of the importance of self-belief for performance, which is supported by research, but it is felt that the quality seems to go up and down like a rollercoaster.  

I want to delve deeper into what self-belief is, how most people go about developing confidence, and explore how we can develop confidence that is more robust and sticks around.
