What is a high performing team? In my mind, it’s a team that maximises the individual characteristics within them under an aligned vision. They have team resilience in tough moments though their supportive environments, effective communication, engaged team members and overall exceptional team collaboration. Finally, they can adapt their approach to what is required to thrive in the environment.
