Oxted captain Mark Galloway says that victory over Hampstead & Westminster on Sunday would represent another milestone in the club’s rise to the England Hockey Men’s Premier Division.
Oxted are in pole position to secure a top six berth for the split league after the outdoor break, with Beeston and East Grinstead also chasing the all-important last spot.
“Eighteen months ago, we were in the Conference so we need to stay humble and realise where we have come,” said Galloway.
