Beeston ready for Premier Division tussles after pandemic hit

Beeston HC will start the season with four national league sides and five pitches – now billed as the largest hockey centre in the world outside Holland – as the Nottingham club aims to bounce back from the pandemic.

The club says it has lost £50,000 in sponsorship over the last 18 months, but chairman Graham Griffiths, into his 38th year as men’s 1s manager, says the return of Bee TV and the impressive numbers across online and local TV will spark a return to growth.
