Holcombe looking to grow crowds, TV platform and professionalism

Top Kent side on installing cameras, the sport going professional and attracting crowds back to hockey

Holcombe chairman Brian Field believes that his club is ready for what will hopefully be a full season ahead in the men’s Premier Division. The Kent side have a couple of substantial goals which will allow the club to continue to grow and are also very much in line with our #watchyour1s campaign.

Holcombe are now an established Premier Division club and the men’s first team, in particular, are hoping to enjoy a strong season after a number of high-quality additions.

“I think the men’s first team squad has really added some good signings this year,” said Field. “The attraction of having a player like Barry Middleton in the squad is a big draw especially with the young players.
