Hockey fans have until Sunday evening to enter the ticket ballot for England’s men and women summer of London action in the FIH Hockey Pro League.
With Commonwealth Games and women’s World Cup action in 2022, Great Britain will revert to England as the Pro League nation for four weekends of top notch double headers in the capital.
Newly crowned Olympic men’s champions Belgium and women’s gold medallists The Netherlands are both heading to London, with New Zealand and Australia also travelling.
If there is sufficient interest in the fixtures during the ticket ballot – England Hockey has said there are 50,000 registrations of interest already – then a likely return to the 15,000 capacity Twickenham Stoop Stadium is in the offing.
This would be for the double headers with the Dutch on June 4-5, subject to Covid restrictions and schedule confirmation.
Fans can register until 23:59 on Sunday for the ticket ballot here.
Meanwhile, the ticket ballot for the 2022 Commonwealth Games opened last week.
Tickets start from £8 for under 16s and £15 for adults, and the majority of tickets are available in this ballot. There are £22 tickets available for every session of the Games, including medal sessions, and for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
The ballot closes on Sep 30.
