More flexible, more agile. Holland women’s coach Alyson Annan has concocted a better team than the one that competed in the Rio Olympic cycle.

After Rio, whether it was fair or not, she copped plenty of stick because they were beaten as favourites for the title.

Yet, you just can’t hide from what she has done since. She has built a more robust, resilient and potent team than before. That has to be a mark of the Australian’s influence on the team. She has done an incredible job.
